Capoeira
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art created by Africans in order to break free from their slave masters. It is often defined as a fight, a sport, or a culture yet by defining it, we are often stripping it of some of its richness. Capoeira is a physical and mental expression of freedom, a philosophy of life.
